today announced results for the fourth quarter and full year fiscal
2014, ended September 30, 2014. The Company also announced that its
Board of Directors has approved a prospective fiscal year-end change
from September 30 to the Saturday nearest January 31 of each year. On
November 19, 2014 the Company announced that its Board of Directors
declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share payable
