Dinner and Countdown PartyThis New Year’s Eve will be an unforgettable one with a modern Italian four-course dinner at Cielo. Choose from two dinner seatings (6:00 pm – USD 90.00 per person; 8:30 pm – USD 110.00 per person) and savour the creations of Executive Chef Gian Nicola Colucci. Guests can expect a cured amberjack and salmon or golden beet and cabbage soup as a first course, pumpkin tortellini or pappardelle pasta as a second course and Alaskan halibut or filet for a third course. Guests can choose between housemade panettone or a chocolate caramel candy bar for the final course.
