American hotels recorded 2.3% rise in occupancy during November 2014

The Americas region recorded positive results in the three key performance metrics when reported in U.S. dollars during November 2014, according to data compiled by STR and STR Global.


Compared with November 2013, the Americas region reported a 2.3-percent increase in occupancy to 59.3 percent, a 3.6-percent increase in average daily rate to US$113.77 and a 6.1-percent increase in revenue per available room to US$67.43.
