New Barrel-Aged Cocktails at EDGE, Steak & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Miami


Four SeasonsEDGE Steak & Bar has teamed up with Bar Lab, recognized for its innovative beverage programs, to create exclusive barrel-aged cocktails at the modern steakhouse.  Eldrys Carrasco, EDGE Restaurant Manager, enhances current bar offerings with a new cocktail menu that includes gin and bourbon classics with a twist.  To top it off, two bourbon concoctions mixed, poured and stored for two months in a maple-wood barrel – the same type of wood used for distilling bourbon – are the latest additions to the new beverage program.
