Hyatt Hotels Corporation today reported third quarter 2014 financial results as follows:Adjusted EBITDA was $179 million in the third quarter of 2014 compared to $159 million in the third quarter of 2013, an increase of 12.6%.Adjusted for special items, net income attributable to Hyatt was $30 million, or $0.20 per share, during the third quarter of 2014 compared to net income attributable to Hyatt of $36 million, or $0.23 per share, during the third quarter of 2013.
