Use of Electronic Devices during the Entire Flight Starting May 1, 2014

• Use in flight mode possible during takeoff and landing
• Approval applies to all Austrian Airlines aircraft
• The new rule is valid for smart phones, tablets, notebooks and other electronic devices weighing up to one kilogram


Starting on May 1, 2014, Austrian Airlines passengers will be permitted to use their light electronic devices on board, also during takeoff and landing.
