Qantas warns customers to beware of automated call scam

Customers are being warned by Qantas (ASX: QAN) to hang up on the automated call scam which claims that they have won a travel prize or credit points for their next holiday.

Travellers are receiving calls in their landline or mobile phones where a recorded message claiming to be from Qantas says that because the person has recently booked a  flight with the airline, they have won a travel prize or credit points for their next holiday worth $999.
