Israel offers alternative holiday sites in absence of hotels

The phenomenal increase in Israeli campsite vacationers during the Passover holiday has prompted a Tourism Ministry campaign to support the growth of more such facilities.


At the conclusion of the holiday week, Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael-Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF) reported a marked increase in the number of visitors making use of overnight camp spots in comparison to years gone by.
