St.Ange has congratulated the Beachcomber Sainte Anne Resort for having
played their part to create the feeling of carnival as the big official
Opening Day for the 2014 Carnaval International de Victoria is getting
ready. Norbert Couvreur, the General Manager and his Team at the
Beachcomber Sainte Anne organized a special evening for all his hotel
guests to get them all into the mood for the Friday opening of the
