Secretariat on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 for courtesy visit to the
Secretary General Mr Lé Luong Minh to reconfirm the Seychelles Minister
of Tourism’s invitation for the ASEAN Secretary General to attend the
Carnival International de Victoria 2014, the carnival that is this year
being jointly co-hosted by Seychelles, La Reunion, Madagascar, Mayotte
