Düsseldorf Sends Carnival Royalty to Victoria — Again Strong German Delegation to Attend Seychelles Carnival

Last week the organisers of the Carnaval International de Victoria announced that delegations from Notting Hill Carnival of the UK, the carnival from Brazil and the carnival from Indonesia were all coming to Seychelles to parade together in the carnival in Victoria.
