Budapest Airport received the best evaluation ever from passengers last year. Business travelers and tourists alike were increasingly satisfied in 2013. In passengers’ opinion, Budapest Airport is outstanding regarding its commercial/retail services, while it also exceeds the European average based on a series of other criteria, such as the cleanliness of terminals, effectiveness of security screening, and professionalism and politeness of airport staff.
