Etna erupts again as flights are diverted to Palermo

Europe’s most active volcano, Mount Etna, which has been erupting from time to time during the last couple of weeks, erupted again on Monday night, showering volcanic ash on towns dotting the mountain’s slopes. The volcano has been wreaking damage to its surrounding areas with each eruption.
