Three Gigantic “Dandelions” Lit up in Central to kick Off The Hong Kong Tourism Board’s Hong Kong Winterfest

The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) launched “2013 Hong Kong WinterFest” this evening (29 November) with the lighting ceremony for “Wishes on the Wind”, the highlight of the promotion. During “Hong Kong WinterFest” (from now until 1 January 2014), “WISH”, the centrepiece of “Wishes on the Wind”, which comprises three huge dandelions, will be lit up from 6pm every day, spreading hope and holiday wishes for visitors and residents of Hong Kong.
