Ryanair Welcomes Irish Government Plan To Amend Insolvency Laws

Ryanair, Europe’s only ultra-low cost carrier (ULCC), today (July 24) welcomed the Irish Government’s plans to amend existing insolvency legislation to enable Ireland to fully comply with the Cape Town Convention, an International treaty governing aircraft and other movable assets following airline insolvencies.
