The low-rise resort area just gained a wonderful, contemporary eatery, situated on the water’s edge at Costa Linda Beach Resort. Veteran hotelier and restaurateur Roy Leitch closed his popular Turtle’s Nest restaurant there last year, and opted for a total remake and redesign. Construction took over one year but the end result in the form of the Water Edge Restaurant, 12 Degrees, North, is spectacular.
