The International Association of Conference Centers of The Americas to Send Canadian Chef to International Cooking Competition

For the fourth year, Chef Murray Hall from BMO Financial Group Institute for Learning in Toronto won first place at the Canadian qualifying cook-off at the International Association of Conference Centers-Americas and the right to represent Canada at IACC’s ninth annual Copper Skillet Cooking competition.
