Interstate Hotels & Resorts announced that it has formed its fourth joint venture with Waramaug Hospitality LLC and a private investment group and acquired the 295-room Williamsburg Hotel & Conference Center (formerly, the Marriott Hotel Williamsburg) for an undisclosed amount.
