Matt Moran travels Tasmania 'T-QUAL Style'

Friend of Australia, Matt Moran, spent the weekend in Tasmania on the second leg of the T-QUAL Tick Tour. The renowned chef made the trip to the state to visit some of Tasmania’s best tourism experiences that are endorsed by the Australian Government’s new national symbol of tourism quality, the T-QUAL Tick. Tourism businesses that carry the T-QUAL Tick have undergone rigorous assessment to ensure they deliver a quality experience. 

Matt Moran began his tour on Saturday evening, enjoying the gracious hospitality of Lenna of Hobart. Nestled amidst the colour of Sullivan's Cove and historic Battery Point, the national trust listed waterfront hotel was the perfect starting point for his Tasmanian adventure.
