The Historic Owego Marketplace invites everyone to make plans to attend the upcoming 32nd Annual Strawberry Festival to be held Friday night, 5:30-10:30 p.m. June 15 and on Saturday, June 16, 9-5 p.m. The theme this year is simply “Celebrate!” in light of the difficulties we’ve encountered since last September’s flood.
