Berlin became the first city, hosting participants of the Russian Tourism Roadshow 2012. Fifteen regions of Russia presented their new regional routes, tourist products and investment projects in tourism. The Russian delegation was led by the head of the Russian Federal Agency for Tourism, Alexander Radkov.It is no coincidence that Berlin has become the starting point of the campaign of Russian Tourism Roadshow 2012. As the Minister-Counsellor of the Russian Federation in Germany Oleg Krasnitsky noted, Russia and Germany have had a long and fruitful history of collaboration. Besides, the "cross" Year of Russia and Germany will start this June. Representatives of the Russian Embassy in Germany pledged to take all necessary steps to simplify visa requirements, which will facilitate the further development of incoming tourism to Russia from Germany.
