TAT participated in the Greenista Expo 2012 at the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani during 23 – 26 February, 2012. TAT organised the 7 Greens Concept exhibition, which was aimed to promote understanding on sustainable tourism. As responsible tourism is becoming more important to the tourism industry, TAT took the opportunity to educate consumers on this growing segment.The Greenista Expo 2012 was organised by Mice Management Company Limited in cooperation with the public and private sectors related to environmental products and services: Department of Industrial Promotion, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau, Agricultural Land and Reform Office, Eastwater Group and many organisations. An objective of the Expo was to create conservation awareness for the young generation under the “green@ me” concept.
