The New World Alliance started new Atlantic service

The New World Alliance started a service connecting north Europe and the U.K. with the U.S. East Coast and Panama at the end of February. Rotterdam is the only Benelux port in the sailing schedule. The port rotation is: Manzanillo, Charleston, New York, Rotterdam, Bremerhaven, Felixstowe, New York,Charleston and back to Manzanillo.

The weekly Americas Europe Express (AAE) service deploys five ships with average capacities of 3,200 20-foot equivalent units each, including a high proportion of refrigerated containers. APL provides three vessels and its partners Hyundai Merchant Marine and MOL each contribute one ship to the New World’s Alliance’s third dedicated trans-Atlantic service.
