Abacus International now boasts the largest Low Cost Carrier (LCC), Hybrid and Regional airline portfolio in Asia Pacific.With a year-on-year growth of 27 per cent in 2011 against 2010, Abacus expects growth in this portfolio to continue.
Abacus International Airline Distribution Division Head Ho Hoong Mau was quoted as having said that LCCs and Hybrids are currently enjoying a steady rise due to the influx of new airlines as well as the expansion of current LCC players and Abacus is honoured to be the distributor of choice for customers from this segment. Ho added that Abacus has a rich pipeline of LCC, hybrid and regional customers and there will be many more announcements in the months ahead.
