Local Spirits and Ingredients Spring into ART Restaurant

New seasonal cocktails include the Rio Refresher, Bird of Paradise, Cactus Jackrabbit and The Porch Swing. ART continues supporting regional distilleries with the introduction of a “Go Local” spirits menu. Guests have the opportunity to try these spring cocktails and more with regionally made gin, vodka or whiskey. Gins include Aviation from Portland, Dry Fly from Spokane and Ebb & Flow from Seattle. Vodkas include Dry Fly, Legacy from Bainbridge Island and Ship Rock from Snohomish. Whiskeys include Dry Fly, Mischief from Seattle and White Dog from Woodinville.

The downtown restaurant’s farm-to-bar concept includes the 100-mile cocktail, the Evergreen Mist, which sources all ingredients from within 100 miles of the restaurant; a weekly Wine Wednesday featuring complimentary pours from regional winemakers; Washington wines from the barrel to the keg with Piccola Cellars; and intimate wine dinners with Yakima Valley’s Gilbert Cellars on March 30 and Walla Walla’s Tranche Cellars & Corliss Estates on April 27, 2012.
