Grilled Cheese and Beer Pairings Sandwiched to Perfection at deca RESTAURANT + BAR

In honour of April as National Grilled Cheese Month, deca RESTAURANT + BAR in The Ritz-Carlton Chicago invites guests to indulge in this childhood favourite with a grown-up twist.

From April 23 - 30, 2012 Executive Chef Mark Payne and team share their take on the all-American classic with gourmet versions of the melt with beer-pairing suggestions. The grilled cheese sandwiches will be featured as deca’s blackboard special and will also be available in deca BAR all week long.
