Rainwater Grill on Main Street in Hastings has become the 200th restaurant to sign-up as a participant in Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, March 18-31, 2012. A neighborhood restaurant with modern dcor and eco-friendly design, Rainwater Grill is making a name for itself as a good place for American and Italian comfort food.“This will be our third year as part of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week,” says Tony Fortunate who opened Rainwater Grill with Ken Lauro in 2009. “We find it brings us a lot of new patrons from outside the immediate area and that’s really good for building our business.”
