Edge, Steak and Bar Creates Special Valentine's Menus for Couples and Singles

Leave it to the folks behind Edge, Steak and Bar to put a quirky spin on Valentine’s Day dining. Sure, there will be romance galore on February 14 but this year, Edge is making sure swinging singles will also have an unforgettable night out with a special Lonely Hearts Dinner. Held in Edge’s private dining rooms – playfully dubbed the restaurant’s “inner edge” at 7:00 pm, the dinner will be a great way for those rolling solo to mix, mingle and, just maybe, meet that special someone. Priced at a reasonable USD 65.00 per person (excluding bar, tax and gratuity) the menu follows:

Love Shucks – an East Coast seafood tower flavoured by sour orange mojo, stinking rose aioli and angry habanero hot sauce
Burnt, Bitter, Bleu - salad of bitter greens, burnt almond praline, and crumbles of Point Reyes blue cheese, drizzled with two-timing balsamic dressing
Home Alone TV Dinner – roasted Creekstone Farm prime rib with a side of truffle macaroni and cheese and vegetable succotash
Broken Hearted Napoleon - with passion(less) fruit sauce
