The JAL Group its route, fleet and flight frequency plans for the first half of fiscal year 2012 (year ending March 31, 2013).Significant events in the six months between April and September 2012 include the inauguration of the first nonstop connection between Tokyo, Narita and Boston on April 22, and the start of operations of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner by JAL. Capacity on existing routes has also been adjusted to maximize load factors and collectively boost profitability.
