To promote greater awareness, attracting more buyers, trade visitors and exhibitors from Japan, ITE & MICE exhibited in “IME2011 - The 21st International Meeting Expo” held last month in Tokyo. Besides meeting visitors at the stand where leaflets of ITE & MICE in Japanese were distributed, a presentation on Hong Kong Outbound and ITE & MICE was also being held at the fair ground in the first day of IME. Overall, responses were encouraging with over 100 contacts being made in IME.
IME is organized by Japan Tourism Agency (JTA), Japan Convention & Conference Bureau (JCCB), and Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO). The last edition drew in 3021 visitors in two days.
