Beaver Creek Resort has teamed up with the leading epicurean brand, FOOD & WINE to provide a three-day winter culinary celebration on the slopes: the Beaver Creek FOOD & WINE Weekend, Jan. 26-28, 2012. Chef’s John Besh, Tim Love, Marc Murphy, Stephanie Izard, Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson and Richard Sandoval will join local host chefs to produce a palate-pleasing culinary extravaganza featuring casual, yet interactive and fun events from après-ski to First Tracks on the slopes to exclusive dinners with menus meticulously prepared by celebrity chefs. Events will be hosted at a variety of restaurants throughout the resort, including the host hotel, the Park Hyatt Resort and Spa.
