Shangri-La Asia Limited announced that the company will build and operate a multi-use complex on Hung Luen Rd at Hung Hom Bay to include a Traders Hotel as well as retail and leisure facilities. The announcement followed the official confirmation that Shangri-La won the bid for the land acquisition at a government auction. The Traders Hotel will be the fourth property for the company in Hong Kong.The complex includes two podium floors for contemporary retail, lifestyle and entertainment facilities to support the surrounding office and residential buildings. A transport interchange within the building offers easy access to the surrounding areas including the upcoming cruise terminal in the bay.
