With tourism booming in Himachal Pradesh, the state is all set to ring in the new year with massive footfall of tourists as the occupancy in hotels is expected to be over 90 percent and a heavy rush is expected as New Year is falling on weekends.
To keep a count of the inbound tourists, Himachal Pradesh police has geared up with drones which they are planning to use at the entry points including Shimla, Parwanoo and Pandoh.
