British Columbia has imposed a 15% tax on purchase by foreigners for Chinese homebuyers. This, however, seems to have a nil impact on the number of flights from China to Vancouver that keeps on soaring.
Beijing Capital Airlines have introduced a new service between Hangzhou, Quingdao and Vancouver on 30th December.
