ICS International Congress Center satisfies customers

Quality ranks first at Messe Stuttgart and the ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart –and that satisfies customers. The evaluation of the guest events department’s 2011 questionnaires on customer satisfaction shows impressive results: excellent customer liaison and support, high flexibility and an attractive location with best transport connections are what customers value most.

Right from the evaluation of the First Contact Phase, the participants of the survey state satisfaction. On a scale from 1 to 4 they appoint to the quality of the first contact and customer liaison and support by the guest events department on average a 1.4. Site inspections are valued highly by organizers of trade fairs, and even more so by congress and event organisers. For Vice President Division Director Guest Events Stefan Lohnert the reasons are obvious: “Potential customers for the ICS International Congress Center often have very specific demands on a location which the ICS with its flexible room concept and technical capability can usually meet with ease. On-site, customers can get a very good impression of this adaptability.”
