Nearly 17 people were killed after heavy rainfall battered Mexico’s Central Hidalgo State and reportedly flooded a hospital in the region. As per official reports, the flood occurred after a river burst its banks leaving water gushing into the hospital as well as cutting off power supply in the town of Tula.
