Cruise tourism in Turkey eyeing more U.S. tourists


Cruise tourismSince Turkish Culture and Tourism Minister Nabi Avcı announced that the ministry was working to support cruise tourism, tourism experts have begun eyeing U.S. tourists. For inviting more cruise ships to Turkey, the government will provide financial support of $30 per passenger to travel agencies to increase the number of cruise tourists, which amounted to two million in 2015 and is currently 600,000.
