The
New Orleans Aviation Board (NOAB) and City of New Orleans are
aggressively seeking and encouraging DBEs (disadvantage business
enterprises) to participate on the new $650 million North Terminal
project at the Airport. Since the January announcement of the plans for a
new terminal, officials have hosted two DBE outreach sessions to inform
and encourage local DBE participation. The terminal is set to open
