IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) announced the latest addition to the growing Holiday Inn Resort portfolio with The Beach House, a Holiday Inn Resort – Hilton Head Island. The property is a conversion from a Holiday Inn® hotel and will officially join the Holiday Inn Resort portfolio in March, after a $5 million renovation.
